I started this blog because every time I bought and tasted a bar of craft chocolate, I would think to myself, “How does this compare and contrast to the last bar I had? Which bar do I like better? If so, why?” 

The same would happen for each bottle of extra virgin olive oil.

I figured the best way to remember would be to document and share my journey visually and in prose. And, such, this site was born.

I promise to post as frequently as I purchase a new bar of chocolate or new bottle of extra virgin olive oil 🙂
